中国网浪潮新闻6月17日上午，首届之江标准研讨会在杭州召开。专家表示，“一带一路”建设给标准化工作提供了更加广阔的舞台，企业走出去要强化标准意识，和“一带一路”国际伙伴进行标准对接，通过共商、共建、共享建立普遍接受的标准来避免贸易壁垒，实现平等协商，互惠互利。
cncao news on the morning of june 17,the first zhijiang standards seminar was held in hangzhou,in which experts stated that the construction ofthe belt and roadoffered more extensive platform for the works of standardization and strengthening standard-consciousness was required for entreprises to go out to achieve docking with international partners ofthe belt and roadin standard way to avoid trade barrier as well as reaching equal negotiation and offer mutual benefit and reciprocity for each other via jointly discussing,building and sharing the commonly accepted standards.
会上，国际标准化组织（iso）主席张晓刚在发言中表示，标准是世界通用的语言，代表着趋势和方向，代表着世界平均的进步水平。各国都在积极的参与国际标准化的活动，采用国际标准已经成为普遍的现象。
zhang xiaogang,president of international organization for standardization(iso),stated in his announcement that standards was a language used worldwide without difficulties,which represented the trends and direction along with the world's average level of progress.diverse countries played active role in participating international activities for standardization and the phenomenon of adopting international standards has been universal.
他认为，“一带一路”相关的贸易国在经济、政治、科技、社会各方面存在着差距，导致各国的标准是不一样的，采用国际标准的比例不一样。要想避免贸易壁垒，要主动的参与国际标准化的工作。
he reckoned that there were pision in economy,politics,technology,society and other fields among the trading nations which were relevant tothe belt and roadwhich led to differences in each nation's standards as well as the distinct proportions of adopted international standards.and it was unaviodable to actively take part in the works for international standardization to avoid trade barriers.
中共中央对外联络部原副部长兼当代世界研究中心主任于洪君谈到，在中国企业走出去的过程中，一定要强化和推进中国走出去的企业的标准意识。一方面，加强国内的研究，加强国内相关机制、体制的建设，让我们的标准走向世界；另一方面，也要把国际上普遍公认的标准引进来，用先进标准淘汰我们的落后标准。
yu hongjun,the original under secretary of international liaison department of central committee of the communist party of china and director of center for contemporary world studies,mentioned that in the process of domestic entreprises going out from china,it was a must to get their standard-consciousness enhanced and promoted.on the one hand,we are supposed to strengthen domestic research and the construction of related mechanisms and systems to render our standards to go globalwide.on the other hand,it also needs to bring in standards with international general acceptance to get the previous out-dated standards obsoleted with advanced standards.
